You can make use of Portion Lab with which you can able to generate a trigger for an instance and can add automated task which needs to be performed for that instance. With this option you can set a trigger on whenever a file is created/ updated in 3DDrive, which will drop a notification to a specified person regarding that instance.
With the project planner you can set milestones for each project and can assign task to each individuals. You will be automatically notified when the responsible person starts to work on the assigned task. Proper track of the project is maintained with this application.
You can able to create workflow with the help of 3DEXPERIENE SOLIDWORKS, so that whenever the drawings are changed to released state your team will get notified and can have access to the particulars.
Once after creating the mark via annotation comments, just double click over the created mark which will automatically recognize the shape and correct it accordingly.
