- Degree in Mechanical (preferred)
- Have min 1 year of SOLIDWORKS experience
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to take ownership and responsibility for assigned duties.

- Comfortable in holding and meeting business goals, KPIs, etc.
- Be positive and have high energy level.
- Be an excellent communicator in active listening, speaking, and writing.
- Confident & professional in presenting to live audiences.
- Willingness to travel on site
- Be able to speak fluently in English & Tamil
Responsible For
- Troubleshooting and problem solving in SOLIDWORKS application.
- Conduct standard & customized product presentation
- The ability to understand the needs of our customers and to work closely with them and others in our extensive technical support team to present solutions to meet client needs.
- The ability to work with our customer base across a wide range of industries providing proactive advice and exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relations with end users, technical / operation managers.
- Conduct after sales product training to customers.
- Provide technical content & ideas for marketing materials.
- Provide timely email, phone, remote access, on-site technical support.
- Keep abreast of software & hardware technology.
- Document and develop technical support knowledge base and materials.
- Other duties assignment assigned by the Company.
